ビーフコンソメとナッティーな味わい。

ラベルに書いてあるコメントを読んで、珍しく頷く。
　This Single Malt has been matured in a refill
Sherry cask resulting in deep nutty aromas with
　moist gingerbread, burnt orange peel and an
　 almost beef consomme richness. The palate
　　　offers a truly mouth-filling burst of sweet
　　　　　and sour flavours finishing with a
　　　　　　 lingering spicy sweetness.
